I think I needed the endorphins a little more than new boots… I had enough time for either a run on the treadmill or a DSW run…and this time the treadmill won. I was about to go, but I also wanted to sneak in a run, and I didn’t have time for both. MAC spiked it with very soft pearl shimmer that bestows a whisper of shine - more of a soft candlelit glow than a full-on frost - and I think it really flatters mature skin. Picture a Paint Pot in a tube, and you’ve got something like a MAC Paint, except softer and fluffier, which I think makes them easier to spread on lids. You can also use natural bristled brushes to paint on ProtectaClear® or CrobialCoat™ which are self-leveling and the brush marks will disappear.Before there were MAC Paint Pots, there were MAC Paints. Simply wipe the ProtectaClear®or CrobialCoat™ coating on with the applicator pad that comes with every order of liquid coating. To prevent your silver from tarnishing again, apply ProtectaClear®or CrobialCoat™. Once the silver is polished, you can seal out the tarnish and seal in the beauty with ProtectaClear® or CrobialCoat™. There are also natural silver cleaners you can use made from homemade items. We have found that MIDAS TOUCH Polishing Cream does an excellent job and does not require neutralizing like acid-based cleaners. There are many good commercial silver cleaners available at grocery and hardware stores.
